Bed & Breakfast

Wake up to crowing roosters on our picturesque farm located in the Finger Lakes region of upstate New York. As our Bed & Breakfast guest, you will stay in one of our spacious country cabins overlooking the Sanctuary.

In the morning, you'll enjoy a continental vegan breakfast. Throughout the day guests are welcome to browse our visitor center, pitch in with farm chores, or enjoy the companionship of our farm animal friends. We are also just minutes from breathtaking gorges and waterfalls, quaint wineries, miles of hiking trails and lakes, and other renowned attractions.

Farm Sanctuary Bed & Breakfast cabins are open from May 1 to October 31, and early reservations are always recommended. Reservations are required and payable in advance by Visa, Mastercard, money order, or personal check.

Check-In/Check-Out
Guests may check in anytime after 2 p.m. On public tour days, Sanctuary staff are available from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. For all other times, arrangements will be made for guests in advance. Check out time is 11 a.m.

Cabin Information
All cabins contain two double beds, a dresser and chairs for relaxing. Restroom and shower facilities are located within walking distance of the cabins in the Visitor Center, and are handicapped accessible. Your cabin, the farm and the Visitor Center are smoke-free environments. Smoking is permitted only on the porch of your cabin.

Breakfast
Your stay includes a vegan continental breakfast of pastries and bagels served with juice, fruit, coffee, and tea. Breakfast is served from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. in the Visitor Center.

Farm Tour Information
All Bed & Breakfast guests receive a complimentary farm tour. Bed & Breakfast tours are held daily at 10 a.m. Guests staying on public tour days are also welcome to join a tour later in the day. Public farm tours are held every hour, on the hour, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. In May, September and October, public tours are held on weekends only. In June, July and August, public tours are held Wednesday through Sunday.

Visitor Center
Guests are welcome to browse in our Visitor Center to learn about farm animal issues and what you can do to help stop "food animal" abuses. The Sanctuary gift shop offers unique country crafts, an excellent selection of books on vegan cooking and animals rights, cruelty-free gifts, and a delicious assortment of vegan snacks.

Companion Animals
Companion animals are always welcome, but for their safety, as well as that of the Sanctuary residents, we must request your companion be on a leash at all times. Companion animals are not permitted near animal housing barns at any time. We also request that your animal companion not be left in your cabin unattended for extended periods of time.

For each additional person, add $10. Reservations of four or more consecutive nights will receive a 5% discount off the entire stay. Children ages 3 and under are free.

Vegan Policy
Out of respect for the rescued animals at Farm Sanctuary we do require all food on the premises to be vegan (no meat, dairy, eggs or animal by-products). If you need further information about a vegan diet, please let us know. We would be happy to assist you.

Reservations & Cancellations
Because of our unique location and the limited number of cabins, we have set policies to conform to these special circumstances. Reservations must be paid in full to confirm your cabin. If cancellation occurs at least 30 days prior to reservation, a 50 percent refund will be issued; otherwise no refund will be given. Cancellations are also non-transferable. When a cancellation occurs, the payment will be used as a general donation for our programs, and the gift is tax-deductible.
